Availability: Everyday (Opinionated): Since I started the server I have been very active. I have a lot of free time, allowing me to play for at least a couple of hours per day. Weekly I am able to play on the server for at least 25+ hours.

Why would you like to join our staff team?: While playing on the server the past four days, I have noticed some of the current staff team are not that active (Apologies if there are reasons behind this). I know that I would be a great role model for the players of the servers. I also have past experiences and like the idea of being able to help the community. I would like to join the staff team to be able to help others in return as they already help me.

What qualities, traits, and/or skills would you bring to the team?: The skills I would be able to bring the server are from experience. In past servers I have learned all the basic and advanced ULX commands. I know how to deal with staff situations correctly (not jumping into conclusion). I know how to find crystal clear evidence in cases such as RDMing, etc. I am also a approachable person for any age category. I am mature when needed. However, I am willing to have a laugh every once in a while (professionally only ) In conclusion, I would be a great part of your staff team, because of the experience (however I also believe there is much more to learn!) giving me the chance to trial for your server will not put you at shame.

Other notes you would like to add: My real name is Ethan. I am 16years old. I have a fine working microphone for better communication. I have much staff experience. I have not been in a single 'staff SIT' during the time I have played. I believe the server has good potential of becoming top rated. I am swell everyday. For the people who don't know what swell means, it's like saying I'm doing fine or great!
P.S in the Situation questions I have nothing against Darth Sidious XD!

Situational Questions
What if someone Fail Roleplays?: FailRP is when a player does not Role Play how his/her job should be role playing. An example - Darth Sidious dancing in the sith temple. I would first give the player a chance (with a verbal warning) if the player continues to failRP or the first incident was critical, he would be given a warning.

What if someone RDMs?: RDM is a random death match. Example - Darth Sidious attacks a sith acolyte for no reason. RDM can be mixed up very easily. Before I punish anyone, I find evidence that it was a RDM and not RP. RDM is punished by a warning.

Name 3 ULX Commands to use on a troll: Number 1: !jail - this allows you to encage the troll so he can no longer harm other players. Number 2: !freeze - like the !jail, this stops the troll from being able to do anything (e.g. walk, shoot, dance, etc) very useful in SIT and to stop mass RDMing. Number 3: ULX spectate - Watching a possible troll in 1st/3rd person with your own eyes without them knowing is very useful to gain evidence.

What if someone disrespects another staff member?: If someone disrespects a staff member I would check to see if it is a friend (just in case) and give them a verbal warning. However, if the player is disrespecting to attempt to verbally harm the staff member he would be given a warning. Continue with this behaviour will lead him/her to earning a kick (1hour ban if serious to give the player time to calm down).

Experience Questions
What is Fail Roleplay?: FailRp - When a player does not preform (Role Play) how their job is suppose to be done.

How do you handle a staff sit?: As a staff member you are required to be calm and listen to both sides of the story before heading to conclusions. Do not disrespect a player this only makes you worst than them! Make sure you know ALL the facts before giving out punishments. Do not abuse even if a player trolls. Keep cool and give the players a good experience!

What is Meta-Gaming?: "Metagaming" Is when one transfers RP data to Non RP data, usually via "OOC" It is usually against server rules and is a bannable offence.

What is Random Death Match?: RDM is also know as 'Random Death Match'. As explained before by Darth Sidious, this is when a player kills another user without any valid reason!

Why would you like to join our staff team?:
I never mind taking the extra hours to do work. I have helped a lot and plan to do more. Also I . I think I can make the server a better place for everyone, I really enjoy the RP and community and I think I can really be able to make other peoples experience here as enjoyable as possible. Everyone is very nice but there is a lot of rule breaking. Which I really enjoy. and I'd like to help out the server. I would also like to give a good example to other staff members and new players the right experience of true RP. I consider myself to high expectations. I have a lot of experience in staff managing and server developing and server ownership. I am a trustworthy and efficient role-player. I know everything you can about ULX and DarkRP Staff Commands. I come from serious and semiserious RP servers. I know I can be a huge impact and work my way up to the management team. I am an unbiased person and will work my hardest with respect. I am smart and I do not tolerate minges. I know when its appropriate to goof off and when its not. I promise to work hard. My past experience will pay off. I want to be apart of a new thriving community such as this one. I also know how to use server forums which I have used these forums for my old servers in the past. I also have a game recorder so I will always be recording my sits. I will always be active on the forums, (TS, or Discord if there is one) and the server. I plan to invest a lot of time in this community. I can also be a great help in ideas, formats and developing. This is why I want to be apart of the staff team. I want to help out my friends community. I am also not one of those power hungry staff just looking to harass and use my powers for my own benefit. I am fast and efficient with my binds and I don't make many mistakes. I count myself to be an excellent choice.
Its a new server and I would love to help and learn more about the community. I am able to provide a good example experience as a staff member and know how to work in stressful environments such as lots of sits and no staff. I work hard and also keep my thoughts and opinions to myself and don't let player insults/offensive words get to me. I plan working before having fun and messing around. I also have a large amount of knowledge of ULX and other major plugins that many other applicants may not know how to use. I basically know everything there needs to know about ULX. I know how to treat new players kindly that might need a friend or help on the server on basics. I also have experience in discord and know how to manage the commands there. As well as mist forums and the others. I am not in a clan or group which makes me unbiased. I also have very effective binds.

I know a lot about the admin plugin ULX. I am a low tone guy and i do not anger easily. I treat others with the respect and i have a lot of time on my hands/

If so, list them: Yes I have quite a lot of experience in being staff. It ranges from almost any RP game modes. I also have owned and managed many servers in the past. I am also a past server and community dev as well. I have been almost every rank you can think of. I have been staff on so many servers It would take a very long time to list. I will list my latest one which would be on FragRP as a Headadmin. Which I am now retired from. I do care for my rank and will take it seriously. I am also an active Garry's Mod player with over 3300 hours and a 13 years of service badge. I plan to work well with staff members and I am really good at fitting in. I believe I could add that extra help and support. I am a dark council and i have 1 day 5 hours+
I am always active everyday and plan to inveast a lot more time into it. I also plan to donate.

Situational Questions
What if someone Fail Roleplays?: I would warn them

What if someone RDMs?: I would pull the guy up to a sit and ask him why he did so.
If he said "Crossfire" or "Accidental", I would tell him that crossfire is still RDM and is a warnable offense. (Warn him)
If he said he was raiding/kidnappng, I would check if he ever adverted raid or kidnap and if he didn't I would warn him.
If they killed someone during a raid who did not advert defend i would warn them if it was there first offense. If they RDMed and it was not there first time i would ban them.
