Girls Want Girls is a song about Drake meeting a girl he really likes but she ends up revealing to him that she's a lesbian
Drake gets toxic and playfully responds "girl me too" because he's being pushy and wants to keep pursuing her
This coincides with the other toxic lines like "throwing on that dress cause it's see-through" insinuating that she's teasing him, when obviously she's just wearing what she wants to and is trying to attract other women in the first place
This fits perfectly with the entire theme of the album which Drake said himself was:
"a combination of toxic masculinity and acceptance of truth which is inevitably heartbreaking"
By the end of Girls Want Girls he comes to accept that he's being very pushy and toxic and so doesn't know if he should keep hanging around this girl
