Hello, girls, some important news!

First of all, Slack is now mandatory. More than half of the clan is already in it and it proved very good for organizing and notifying anything. There are also girls from GUP-A and it helps social life in general.

Second, if you are not on our spreadsheet (info in the last announcement), subscribe to a day. If you are on it, try to remember how many times you joined clan actions - the presence is dropping a bit again. You can also check whether your vehicles haven't changed, you might have something new for your battle commander.

Third of all, we were quite successful on the new global map, getting 4446 gold over some 10 or so days. Out of these, 4104 will be divided among active players, making the players a humble profit of 24 gold per game with 171 battle for all active players in total. Remember, if you participate in clan actions the next month, we'll be dividing gold among you the next month - the next month even the strongholds will be rewarded, though not as much as battles on global map.

Just a small communication update:

We'll continue to use Steam, but be warned that it's very unreliable and you might consider other options. I'll keep throwing up events and announcements (as long as many people use it solely), but you might not get them... because Steam.

Then we got a FB group. I know some people are against FB, so I am not forcing anyone to use it, but it's an option to have and you can link it to an e-mail too. Same here - as long as people use it, I'll try to update you girls. It needs a confirmation, so don't worry about random people joining in. Please, if you join in, let me know - on forums, in game, etc. I will really try not to let outsiders in.

I skipped the Skype for now, sorry. I am not able to use it like 70% of time, because it hogs memory and ports and generally I dislike having it on. But as an alternative, I created a Slack for us - has a browser interface with desktop notifications, app version for smartphones, channels and PMs - and all of this inside our link and invitation only. In fact, it looks so good that I'd recommend using it - but it's just my recommendation. The bad news is that it's invitation only - so you'll need to send me your e-mail (or any e-mail you're going to register with, really).

Hello, girls,

First, let me thank you - most of you - for showing up in campaigns. We held three of our members in Top11k. Could've been more, but that's how it goes - not everyone can battle every battle. Once or twice we were even close to capturing the target.

Special thanks go to Arline Kley and maierh for leading most of our battles, and quite well so.

Now, as announced the last time, we are creating teams for nightly sorties. We have a handy spreadsheet for this up:

It is arbitrary to be on this spreadsheet starting next week. First come, first served, especially if some team is full - your only option in that way is to try and switch with someone.
Once you are in the table, you should show up, of course, every week for said hour. If you have something else (it happens), you should inform your team leader- not me, unless I am your team leader -, so he knows how full the team will be and can react properly (for example asking others whether they'll show up or getting backups). I don't want to see huge influx of players on day 1 and then within a week empty channel - at your assigned day and hour, if there are regular issues with participation, there will be penalties.
Please, take note that this is tech independent - even if you have only Loltraktor in your garage, you should show up, in case your team is short on people and your team leader decides Loltraktor is great for scouting a free flank.

Furthermore, we have a poll up, regarding two things. One is how to contact the team members and make sure they know something is up. Steam is proving very unreliable and contacting through forums/e-mails has issues too. Vote for your most preferred option or add a new one.
The second thing is about the time of the stronghold defenses - I'll offer some of the most reasonable times from what I've seen in the campaign and we'll work with that. No early morning (that's getting disabled anyway) and no working / studying hours for sure.

Hello, girls,

As you might know, our attendance is not good.

Actually, it could be said that it kinda sucks. Just today, for example, in campaign, we lost a battle against a full team with honours, dealing lots of damage - considering there were only 10 of us.

The presence is low, the officers are (mostly) a mess. This can't continue like this.

So after some brief thinking, I have decided to forward most of my duties for attendance. We will effectively split the clan to teams of 15 (up to 6 teams) and each will be overviewed by a single person and they will have the power to demand attendance from you and - if the attendance is weak and without excuses, they'll be able to expel you from the clan.

There will be an arbitrary attendance starting the next week, too. We will upgrade our strongholds to level 5, which will mean tier 8 battles. Every team will take care of a single day and will defend it (7th day is free). We'll pick some affordable spot like 20:00 or 21:00. Sometimes you will come and nobody will attack, but you should come every week - bad attendance can really harm you there. If a team decides they will want to make it longer meeting, you can also attack other clans after defense - the leaders of teams will have the rights to decide on that. I will personally take the position as one of the leaders for one of the days, at least in the start, if not for always.

On the seventh, free, day, we'll do skirmishes and use the bonuses. They might get used other days too if they are abundant, but the seventh day we'll use them for sure.

As for campaigns, before future campaigns we'll make lists of people who will play as often as possible and work with them. No point in working with people who drop after two defeats - in campaign what matters is trying even if you fail. If you fail ten times, you can succeed on the eleventh time - but hardly so if your team has 8 members against 15.
The campaign is not for sure, though - the whole CW system will be redone, so there might be changes. We will update you as soon as the system is clear, though.

That said, we will be giving some stuff back for your coordination. First, you'll get proper stable teammates. Second, you'll get bonuses from strongholds and eventually some gold. Third, you'll get a table with the teams distribution where you'll have the possibility to subscribe syourself for one of them. In this table, you'll also have recommended tanks so you'll know what to get / keep and it will be possible to show which tanks you have at least generally.

The last thing for now - communication channel. We need something better for keeping track and alerting people, because Steam Events don't work half of the time and almost nobody checks events daily. If anyone has ideas, share them in the comments. So far, what occured to me:
- RSS feed (slow, maybe)
- Chrome / Firefox notification
- FB group (mainstream, but fairly reliable)
Any further ideas are welcome!

If you can, please, stop by for the remaining days of campaign too, it'd really raise the spirits.

Hello, girls.

After yesterday's successful landing, we are at 404th place as a clan and exactly 15 people in Top11k. So far, so good, we are holding up!

Today, we are taking it a bit easier. First, our target relocated to a province with unicums on it (PSOP, namely), second, because our massive offensive yesterday left us almost without tokens.

We'll use this as a chance to defend, maybe (if we defend successfully) to get more gold in the clan chest and to be able to try harder throughout the weekend. We might attack, but that will happen if the only unicum neighbouring with us attacks us - we won't leave it to defending in that case.

Remember to just take it easy today - even if we lose province today it's no problem, as we'd leave it tomorrow anyway to focus on landing quest.

Please, show up at around 20:00 today (or up to 10 minutes after) - no point in showing up earlier. I'll update you with exact times at about 20:10.
