currently the servers dont' have replay enabled. In the past we have noticed that the servers can be unstable with it in, especially after patches. Happy to re-explore this feature if you like. No harm in trying!

Good question actually.. Yes, it should be EU, but the servers are located in UK..(not sure if thats the only reason but it should be EU not UK).Also, stats are shared between the servers. (ill send you yours if you want) =)
