gz_water was a classic, there ended up being quite a few versions of it I think

I remember both maps

does anyone remember these maps:
-one where the spawn was on top of a grass hill and there was 2 buildings in the map

-one where there was mostly water, an underground area and tall grass walls

Hi everyone. Just an update. The four corners map has been found, and it is actually called "4square".

I have given a copy of the original bsp file to both Green and Mr Catterson.

Unfortunately, the map itself (in its current state) has a ton of missing content, and in general, hasn't aged too well.

However, I've had a discussion with Green and Cat, and in early 2020, I am releasing a Greenzone remastered map collection which will include (as decided at the moment) both a remastered version of 4square and flatconstruct v3.

If anyone would like to know a little more about this, feel free to message me.

This was the first gmod sandbox server I ever played on.
Back during gmod 12 when the sandbox server had the "4 corners" map with the water between them, I dumped many many hours into this server while learning the ropes of garrysmod.

It saddens me that it's dead.
Figured I would leave this comment before leaving this group.

as far as im concerned time is frozen ever since crona was given player of the week and so it hasnt actually been years since GZ was closed and thats my excuse for not bringing it back up yet
