errr.... who is starhub admin? i got banned like 4-5month ago, and till now, i still dont know who is the admin, anyway, the server didnt mention the ban reason, so i tough i got banned bcos being n00b, create a nest at last point and not helping my teammates, and i judged as a griefer. this just my tough
cos i dont know the exact reason

err Starhub is the ISP. Probably they lessen the bandwith for the servers.

is there any way to contact the server admins to help me out? i was playing from hk before starhub shutted down the servers and the ping was fine at 60. after the reopening the ping is now around 200. wow. did they change the isp?

Has missing packets on full capacity. Very minute spike, very obvious if you're hardcore player.

@ netto - could be graphical lag, TF2 takes alot of processing power.

@ Masquerade - The medal issue could have been game related, because i encounted the same problem in SH.

Just curious, does anyone have a very bad frame drop whenever they enter a combat zone? Mine can drop till like 5 FPS, and is at a constant 20 FPS whenever I'm near a combat zone, but it's always at 75 (capped) whenever I'm move to the front.

I tried out Eternal Gamers Server # 2; got a pretty excellent ping of <30. My Loss value under net_graph 3 is a constant "0", while Choke value ranges 0 < X < 12. Pretty good performance overall.

Experienced a minor error; my actual domi count and the number my medal don't tally. Some of the people I played with experienced the same thing.

I've been playing on both servers provided regularly (before I got Orange Box), both doesn't have much of an issue for me...

What I'm experiencing is mostly graphical lag, but leaving that aside, the network latency isn't much, and tends to hover around 5-30 for me.

Maybe it's some business kind of speeds that only corperates gets. All I know that 1GBPS exists for the public in those area. xD

That's some speed. I don't know that 1GB/s existed in SG or MY. I've only know that these speeds only exists in Japan/South Korea...

I checked out Eternals Gamers by Fragnetics, it seems i have to pay more for their basic as compared to SgWarGames. For SgWarGames, im getting 1GBps (1000MBps) for 144 while, 0.1GBps (100MBps) for Fragnetics.
