Changelog:
- fixed the hud class icon showing up when not using 3D playermodel for good this time.
- 32-16 scoreboard.res and 32-32 scoreboard.res
- Added a nicer killstreak counter. If you don't like the position, there are different options
- Added 3D player model to the hud
- Left alosec's hud crosshair as an option in the scripts folder
- Left alosec's health colors as an option in the scripts folder
- Optional rainbow ubercharge in the scripts folder

1) Fixed "red scout icon" issue. Be sure you have cl_hud_playerclass_use_playermodel 0 set.
2) Added Spellbook support.

Put this in hudlayout.res between HudMenu and HudCloseCaption to see your spells (taken from the default HUD file, might interfere with other elements of your HUD).
