So, it's time for the first match of UGC 4v4 season 3.

This match will take place on Saturday, 19:00 GMT Countdown[www.timeanddate.com]


Map will be koth_ashville. I suggest that everyone studies the map for a bit. Agreeing on some common names for various locations might improve your comms.

Representing us will be Scotty, Cookie, Spykerhyk and LoveDryWall


Here's the intel we have regarding this match:
- A lot of the players on the opposing teams roster have pretty low amounts of hours in the game
- They lost 6 matches and won 3 last season
- They won a match by forfeit, one by bye week and won one against a team that forfeited against us (some dudes with like 50 game hours each)
- Last season, they got defeated by a team that we won against.
- We are the visiting team this week, meaning that they will be responsible for the server.
- Their (seemingly) most experienced player seems to have a knack for playing spy and medic. Dunno what to make of that.


So yeah, overall i think we're in a strong position for this match. Here comes a bit of my rambling:

Spyker has decided to run cannonknight, meaning that he will be less vulnerable to scouts. However, overextending is still a very dangerous thing for a demo, and you should try to use your charge only when you see an opening (team might be damaged and retreating, lost key fighting classes, medic is exposed to an unsuspected charge etc)

From our single scrim, we know that a dedicated pocket is important in keeping our medic alive. With a demo running part damage/pick, Drywall will be even more important to whoever decides to run medic.

Whoever runs scout, make sure to capitalize on the fact that at least one of them are fairly unexperienced in the game. Be vigorous in your search for openings and your punishment to overextending power classes.
