Its working like that - Someone request a game and you can chose which one request you want to fulfill. If you want to buy some user Mafia III or just Stardew Valley, it depends on which story/reasson will intrest you and on how much you want a spend for a game for a random stranger.

Where does one doante and is there a minimum?

Yes you will :D I personaly plan to use it sometimes as well, also if this will be sucefull i thinking about donations with some potential to a website which would be automated with just basic crew to maintain the idea. Welcome in a crew!

Sure, I'll help with that i'm pretty good at grammar and spelling. I am actually considering volunteering for moderator here so I can help in ways such as that. But would that mean I still am able to recieve games? lol
