I'm extremely disappointed in this group, a complete ass got picked for group leader, and its all brony ♥♥♥♥. What happened to the Archimedes?
Stuart, from Church 26 Jun, 2013 @ 6:37pm
This group has gone straight to ♥♥♥♥ with this 'Brony' bull. I'm done. You guys are dumbasses.
Burnt Crispy 27 Mar, 2013 @ 6:41pm
♥♥♥♥ this group it turned into gay 12 year old brony ♥♥♥♥ fest
∞Bob 8 Jan, 2013 @ 9:42am
This is the most retarded group I have ever seen
Marcel Proust 23 Dec, 2012 @ 5:13pm
What the flying ♥♥♥♥, does any of you know how economy actually works? the price is established by the lowest price that the sellers are willing to sell and the highest price the buyers are willing to pay. go read a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ book you bunch of morons, i can recommend you ''ten principles of economics'' by mankiw, you're ruining the economy in tf2, just like the bmoc
Killercon 6 Dec, 2012 @ 10:58pm
This group turned into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ brony sausage fest. I am out.
Chance the Raptor 2 Dec, 2012 @ 12:14am
bälrod (¬■_■)_lml, im going to start selling my crate #45 for 20 buds, then im going to start a group where everyone on the planet will sell it for 20 buds. Youre a buyer, will you even pay one bud for it? or will you just deal with the fact that you will have to wait ten minute to go one? My point is that if someone has a bud, and they wanna spend it, what are they gonna buy, a g. archimedes (while they can get it for 8 keys)? or an unusual? NOBODY WANTS TO SPEND A BUD ON A BIRD
Spark 29 Nov, 2012 @ 4:49pm
Anyone in this group clearly doesn't understand supply and demand. Sellers don't decide the price. Buyers don't either. SALES DECIDE A PRICE!

I could get 100 of these and say I was selling them for 2 buds each and I'd never have any success because nobody wants to pay that much for this bird.

Sorry butthurtprofitmongers, but the idea behind the valve merch is that you don't buy it for the ingame item. There's the ingame store for that.

Let's artificially inflate the price of an item for selfish personal gain. WHEEEEEEE!!!

Traders aren't retarded. Have fun never affecting the price.
[Bot] Pony 28 Nov, 2012 @ 4:48am
NOPE, PRICE WASN"T SAVED
[UCB] Starly396 26 Nov, 2012 @ 4:45pm
And balrod, what happens when every price is fixed to the same luxury premium ultra price? Buyers will realize that they can live their lives without a genuine archimedes. In addition, there will never be a healthy market for profit. Anyone buying for 2 buds can't possibly sell for less than 2 buds if they expect to make a profit, unless a white knight buys them all and frees them from you. But that's pointless, why help a bunch of greedy fools? They price would thus continue to rise, until.... you realize that that's not how an economy works, and that it will never happen .
[UCB] Starly396 26 Nov, 2012 @ 4:25pm
Gee, let's try to fix prices again guys! That totally worked with the B.M.O.C. didn't it? We'll be cool won't we? Actually, let's advertise our entire purpose to the world and taunt anyone who doesn't buy into our fanatic union!

Nah.
Bälrod 26 Nov, 2012 @ 5:10am
i disagree with u maxns1109, sellers decide the price, if ALL sellers starts to sell the equalizer for 1 key (for example), his value will be 1 key, cuz ANYONE SELLS IT AT A LOWER PRICE, its simple as hell
Chance the Raptor 19 Nov, 2012 @ 10:12pm
I disagree with this group with a passion. The sellers do not decide the price, a price is when the sellers find out the highest price a buyer will pay. Go to backpack.tf and look at any valid price suggeston, they give proof by showing that people usually buy at the price that they are suggesting. If you were to suggest a price for the bird and give proof by showing that most people have a b/o of 50 buds you will get laughed at and downvoted. I dont remember how i ended up in this group, i think it was because i ended up with this bird and immediately got invited to this disgraceful group.
I think this group needs more than 1 admins. Don't you agree?
bepis 15 Nov, 2012 @ 4:06pm
Oh, and I've realized something, I bet none of you have bought a Genuine Archimedes for 2 buds, nor would you be willing to :/. Yet you try to sel them for insane prices.
j.alex 14 Nov, 2012 @ 3:26pm
does anyone have a lvl 89 one? i have two g. archimedes, pick any to make the switch :) i only want this lvl, i'm planning on keeping 1 of my birdies, i really love it :3
Mk✿Flower 13 Nov, 2012 @ 12:37pm
I'll sell my G. Birdie for 20 keys or 2 bills if anybody is interested.
DrSimio 11 Nov, 2012 @ 4:16pm
We must invite to wh, they have 78 g archimedes.
bepis 5 Nov, 2012 @ 3:13pm
1.5 buds is a little to much. Take it slow and go up keys at a time. I put a good price on backpack. 9-11 keys. Don't just put it at 2 buds right off the bat! Thats not how it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Syarasya 5 Nov, 2012 @ 11:41am
Even my Balloonicorn agrees with this group
Tietun 5 Nov, 2012 @ 6:47am
I approve this group with my feathered friend.
Sid Meier's Asshole 31 Oct, 2012 @ 2:31pm
Preach, Dharma!
dharma! 12 Oct, 2012 @ 9:15pm
you got a stuffed animal. why should traders give you back the money you wasted on a stuffed animal? got mine for 12 keys and saw a couple trades for even less. hope more people find good deals out there ;)
TheLordKhon 8 Oct, 2012 @ 10:29am
i mean 25 keys
TheLordKhon 8 Oct, 2012 @ 10:29am
imo fair price is 22 keys thought i had one and i gifted it to my friend
Gedebuk 27 Sep, 2012 @ 3:09am
they join the group only to sell the birds :(
Killercon 26 Sep, 2012 @ 10:40pm
This group is dying or is already dead. Everyone seems like they are giving up on selling this genuine for 1-1.5 buds. The group owner doesn't seem to say anything anymore nor seems to care about people dumping G. Archimedes for 13 keys. And for those who are being retarded about selling G. Archimedes for 13 keys, why the hell are you in this group? Either follow the purpose of this group or gtfo.
Gedebuk 26 Sep, 2012 @ 7:57am
im selling my genuine archimedes :D
Just add me and We'll discuss the price !
Ψ-Forks-Ψ 25 Sep, 2012 @ 4:06pm
Selling mine for 13 keys if anyone wants it. I don't have the patience to wait this slump out anymore.
Ψ-Forks-Ψ 25 Sep, 2012 @ 3:55pm
Price is staying at 12-14 keys, and now the S.Huntsman which I traded for it is 20 keys. I just can't win. This bird is cursed, dump it ASAP.
ZakMcRofl 22 Sep, 2012 @ 12:15am
Since you all believe it is worth so much, why don't you buy mine for 13 keys, special offer for this group: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4605052
Newguy39 21 Sep, 2012 @ 2:21pm
i guess i'm lucky i have 2 gens not 1
Romy 10 Sep, 2012 @ 1:21pm
My friend don't cost 2 buds, my friend don't have a price... :')
Greyshirt 9 Sep, 2012 @ 6:13pm
If anything everyone says it's gonna lower no matter what anyone does. I'm still keeping up my trade for my G. Archimedes, but I'm gonna keep it. Unless someone pays my amount.
Greyshirt 9 Sep, 2012 @ 6:12pm
Decided to keep my Bird, not worth selling at these prices.
Jack Kirby 8 Sep, 2012 @ 8:00pm
Wow, idiots, stop trying to inflate price...♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Big Ange's Strongest Soldier 8 Sep, 2012 @ 9:13am
What a stupid group. We already have people articficially inflating BMOC prices and now this. At least the Gen Balloonicorn owners aren't butthurt. face it, no one will bay 2 buds for this piece of crap.
HS | Kaas is baas 6 Sep, 2012 @ 2:44pm
I don't know why you people are hating on the spreadsheet, it's actually higher than what people are selling for...

Spreadsheet price: 14-16
Outpost price: 10-12
Strolok 6 Sep, 2012 @ 11:45am
I think the price went up slightly in the spreadsheet.
Aqua hearthstone mage 2016 5 Sep, 2012 @ 11:55pm
tl;dr: price dropped umad bro? ya we mad. they mad OP. needs a nerf
Aqua hearthstone mage 2016 5 Sep, 2012 @ 11:53pm
Saturation causes the down-fall of an item in TF2* Secondly, we're only mad because the spreadsheet is slowly turning its watchers into obedient marionette's. Accepting dramatic price drops/changes without any real correlation or justification to the limited quantity of the Genuine is what troubles me. They're probably second-hand guessing that it will restock like the Balloonicorn did without any real proof. I am actually defending the TF2 community. Any item or unusual can be easily manipulated. Here is a question for you: How would you react if your item dropped by 30 keys in 3-4 weeks? This market fear kind of reminds me of Facebook's stock. There was legitimate reason for concern there, but the Archimedes is dropping for no apparent reason. I remember the good ol' days when it tooks months before something dropped in value. Maybe I'm too much of an optimist.
JEJ 5 Sep, 2012 @ 10:16pm
Yeah, the only purpose of this group is to make an item that could be bought for less literally 13 dollars (1 bill) cost 2 buds. I seriously wish you idiotic traders would stop trying to inflate prices for your own game. This is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BMOC all over again. Guys, for the sake of the tf2 community, just stop what your doing.
Aqua hearthstone mage 2016 5 Sep, 2012 @ 7:20pm
Part 4:
tl;dr: A well invested item in TF2 market should keep its standard value, and only depreciate under fair circumstances. If the standard is corrupted by the "spreadsheet," then it will create a panic as more and more items become manipulated. An unusual is a good example as said investment. In this instance, it is the Genuine Archimedes/Balloonicorn.
Aqua hearthstone mage 2016 5 Sep, 2012 @ 7:17pm
Part 3:
I will only accept the Gen. Archimedes dropping by a bud if more are re-distributed. The same thought process the Gen. Balloonicorn underwent when an official re-release of the Gen.Balloonicorn was processed. If the nexus of the TF2 trading structure is based on the spreadsheet bias of its editors, then I want no participation in it.

My motion for an injuction towards the value drop of the Genuine Archimedes below 1.5-2.0 buds still stands.
Aqua hearthstone mage 2016 5 Sep, 2012 @ 7:17pm
Part2:
Is the value the affirmative of what the spreadsheet says for years to come? I know some other Genuines are worth only a few ref and so forth, but this one and the "Gen. Balloonicorn" have been given a standard value of 1-2 buds. I see justification for the Balloonicorn to drop as more entered the market place, but not for the Gen. Archimedes. by entire bud out of nowhere. 1-5 keys, okay. Since, it was a bit cheaper than the balloon. The standard value must stay as a "standard" for all future generations to seek refuge in understanding that once the economy places a standard on one item of the same category, the next is given a similar stance. The Gen. Archimedes and Gen. Balloonicorn are held in their own genre.

Aqua hearthstone mage 2016 5 Sep, 2012 @ 7:16pm
Part1:
I will raise my Genuine Archimedes up from 1 bud to 1.5 Bud(s). When a favorable item becomes "scarce" to people, it is supposed to go up in value, not down; unless determined to be non-contingent to society. Under those circumstances, the prevailer of value will drop the Archimedes as more jump into the market. Saturation causes the wind-fall of an item. If a Burning Unusual suddenly floods the market en masse, it doesn't matter how good it is--the value will drop as more access is given to the public. I would understand the Gen. Archimedes dropping by 30 keys in 3-4 weeks if more access was given to said item. Instead, it ran out in the shop. What if it doesn't re-stock?
HS | Kaas is baas 4 Sep, 2012 @ 2:19pm
Hahaha, all the people in here are butthurt :D Don't deny it AwwNertz
I hope the price keeps dropping thanks to people like this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4104331
12 keys and no one is buying it because it's still to high, the only price I've seen it sell for is 8 keys.

I also hope you'll be banned from outpost for trying to raise the price, like they did to all the BMOC scammers.
