You cant re-upload.
Gbombs have been banned from the workshop.
Thats why Cbombs is being created.

Guys! just download Gbombs from here! http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1160925&page=1 put them to gmod addon files it works + gives more bombs than the workshop addon gave!
