After loads of thinking, I finally decided to give it a go and try to restore this guild. It will take a while, but we'll get there one day in one way or another. We're currently 12 active members while I am typing this, and you can bet there will be more of us soon :)

As you may already be aware, TJ decided to hand the leadership over to me and focus on his personal life. GOD was a pretty quiet guild lately, not many new faces as far as I can see. However, I took a quick look in HLStats and we have around seven or eight players marked as inactive. In GOD1 I set Angel and Omega / Rising as co-leaders to help me out and we will figure what will happen with GOD2. I know many of you have busy lives (I have mine too so I know) and you've been around since we started this guild. So I'm not going to kick you just because you stopped playing. Hell, I'm probably bored as much as you are. Therefore, here's my plan: this weekend I will compile a list with all players and the inactive ones. Then, no hard feelings but we will have to make room for new players. GOD had its gates closed for a long time now. So if you've been kicked from this guild and in the future you will want to return, contact me (if I will be around) or one of the current co-leaders / leader in order to be readded. I will post updates on the forum as well as here in the Steam group. When we will have a brand new guild and the list of members will be up-to-date I will make a new recruitment thread on the forum to make it easier to update and add things. That's about it. I quit L4D2 (permanently.. even deleted my stats) because of boredom as well as other responsibilities I have. I transferred leadership to Alex (Oceandriver); he started this guild with me and I know he'll be a good leader (unless he decides to leave as well or transfer leadership lol). So you won't see me in-game but can always message me on steam if you want. It was a lot of fun playing with all of you. Take care...

PS. Those of you in GΩD 2 (Jackal, Texan, Cobra, etc) should get in touch with Alex so you can move to GΩD 1 because GΩD 2 has no leader.. I dont think its really a big deal but just in case MG ever gets updated, you might need a guild with a leader lol.

No more chances. If you are in this guild, then that means you're expected to be a team player. I'm not expecting you to go all the way in the back to save every noob you can, but there's no reason why your guild mates should be getting their ass kicked in the back while you, a non-man are sitting inside the saferoom. From now on, if I see it, then I'm kicking you. Avil and the other co-leaders have my permission to do so as well (though I do ask you guys to let me know, before you kick). ... You've been warned.
