The FUB Galactic Boss, Travis Touchdown, hasn't been gaming much lately, mostly due to a positively massive amount of presecption medications that would probably make a hardline crack addict ♥♥♥♥ himself with fear and exctasy. If anything important happanes, Blazes is Acting-Boss in my place until I get back on my feet.

Hello everyone,

As a result of my trip to Mexico this past weekend, I've been doing a bit of thinking and had a couple revelations within the last week, primarily about re-prioritizing my life on the whole, and my general outlook.

With that said, I am hereby resigning my position as lead administrator of //FUB™\\, effective this afternoon. I will also be leaving the group indefinitely. I have spoken with Travis Touchdown, and he will be taking over the administrative activities of the group.

The truth is that my excessive online gaming is something that I've needed to address for some time, and it has often made me think about cutting back - I just never really did anything about it. After last weekend, however, I hit that breaking point. When playing a small amount of Left 4 Dead yesterday for the first time in a week, I didn't feel that same level of passion - even when my team was winning. I'm now actively taking things a step further than just cutbacks - I'm aiming to curb 95% of play, putting myself closer to about an hour a week at most.

I apologize for the out-of-the-blue effect this announcement may have. I'll still be around to chat on Steam sometimes, so if any of you catch me on there in the future, feel free to shoot me a message!

I'm reviving this old post by posting it again, because now I'm serious guys - get your ♥♥♥♥ together and download this map so we can run at least some campaigns, possibly vs matches, on the FUB server!

Here are the details:

"You start in the cornfield farmhouse, and fight the escape finale on level 1 by the bridge. Basically: level 5 becomes 1, 4 becomes 2, 3 is the same, 2 becomes 4, and 1 becomes 5 (finale). Panics are re-designed so you still must trip them at certain locations, just in different ways. Pretty cool. Believe me, it really feels like a totally different campaign when you run through it backwards. I actually got confused once, for just a split second hahaha...

You start from the (default) ending saferoom in each chapter, and work your way backward. The re-authoring of this level also includes a different skybox map, so Reverse Blood Harvest is considerably darker outside - creepy!

Anyway, I've installed this map both to my system and to the FUB(TM) Server #1. Since it's playable in both campaign and versus, I'm hoping to get a versus match up and running in it!!!!! If you guys get a chance, grab the map from either one of these two locations:

It can only be downloaded 10 times from RS, so try not to double DL er anything!

It's a simple VPK addon; just extract the VPK from the ZIP file you've downloaded, and double click it. You should see a notification that it has been added to Left 4 Dead. Presto. Done. If you don't, I can help you install it correctly another way.
