That means that Les Claypool, Lead Singer/Bassist/Founding Member of the prog-rock band Primus, has full control and command of this group whenever he should deign to assume it. Such a posting to include command of this, the internet gaming wing, of his mighty and unstoppable juggernaut known as The Fearless Flying Frog Brigade. Until such a glorious and mighty event should be granted unto man by God, General Sherman will, "Hold the Fort." as it were.
