You could do so much more, and for so much less. Take up a hobby - learn to do something that you can do anywhere and almost anything/nothing like beatboxing, sleight of hand, or some form of juggling. Don't pay money for a weighted bearing that you just spin and stare at

And if you gotta spin something, make it up. I used to spin stationary/sticks like they were drumsticks, or my phone by clutching it in the middle. I could even drum tunes with my shoes as I walked.
