sorry for late reply: a cheat version is there but not included with the mod, its not there because in playerv player matches one player can bring it up and give himself a lot of resourses!

Does anyone know why the HP bars don't show up on enemy units or tanks?

Also, is the 100/350/1000 POPCAP game mode no longer in the mod and they just forgot to remove it from the drop down?
