Not really... I'll send a single announcement next time that I'm in group chat and if you want to get notified about when I'm searching, you'll have to join that. I'll be online at the announced time of the event; if I won't, I'll give you a shout.

For the others: the announcements didn't quite work, seemed they didn't get sent... so I'll use the Group Chat to tell you guys when I'm searching.

I'll post an issue with CA because that really didn't work at all, and my whole MP hosting seems broken. I'll work on it and keep you updated.

I guess I'll vary the time I play the battles so all time zones get the chance :)

I'll be sending messages:
5 minutes before I start searching;
at the time I start searching;
and when I have found someone (so the others can cancel).
It's a bit cumbersome, but since there is no "invite group" or something, it's the best I can think of.

I think you also get automatic reminders about the event from Steam; let me know if it's enough or too much or something.
