This is such a generalistic approach to gamer culture. DnD allows emotionally talented individuals to project themselves into a fantasy adventure which they could never possibly experience outside of the game board. I sometimes dream about being invited to one of these sessions and wake up all wet. I think we should try to understand the deeper DnD gamer perspective and seriously consider that maybe we are the real bad guys in this situation.
