GUIDE TO MODERATING A MATCH!!

PLEASE MAKE BINDS TO MAKE THINGS GO SMOOTHER. PLEASE READ:

1) Setting the server up for private/tournament play (Game stats will record):
a. Connect to the server.
b. Open your local console and enter the default eBattlegrounds server password.
(ex: /password bgserver)
c. Send the bot command !bgprivate.
(!bgprivate <mapname> can also be used if a certain map is desired. Spell the map name correctly or the settings for the server will not be implemented and you will need to send the command again.)
d. Once the map has changed; change the password to whatever is desired for the game participants to use when connecting with the command !bgpassword <password>.
e. Open your local console and enter the password you just decided on as your password with /password <password>.
f. Give the password to the players needing to connect.
Tell red or blue team to pick cointoss
Do cointoss
Maps are: Almost Lost, Campgrounds, Corrosion, Hidden Fortress, Railyard
Smash, The Edge
ALL MAPS MUST BE PICKED AT COINTOSS: see instructions
Now, winning team of cointoss picks a map to KEEP
Other team picks map to KEEP
Winning team now DROPS a map
Losing team DROPS a map
Winning team DROPS another map

Remaining map is the 3rd map to be played

Commands to know:
!bgpassword (choose a password)
!bgprivate- do this after you set a password, THIS RECORDS ALL STATS
!bgscrim –AFTER THE MATCH THIS MUST BE CHANGED!
!bgpause –ONLY AT admin/moderator’s choice, ping issue BUT NOT TO ALLOW A SUB IN
!bgunpause- unpause the match
