Dota2toplist data hasnt been updated for over a week now can some1 help? steamtracks seems to be ok

A month ago I made my dota profile private (unchecked the "expose public match data", and also checked the "hide steam/dota profile" buttons). However, even after reversing that, and waiting over a week, my dota2toplist mmr still hasn't updated. It's currently archived and is not updating. Can someone help please?

Hey I have a feature request.

Is it possible to add a link on the name of the person so that when you click their name it takes you to their steam profile? Similar to how dotabuff does it.

Ok my profile has not been updated for 7days now, i checked everything and im still in steamtracks , i still have bot on my friendlist but he is offline all the time so i guess thats why the stats are not updating for me , any way to fix it ? (i've been using dota2toplist fine for about 2months but as i said it stopped working only a week ago.

sorry for reading that late, i don't get any notifications on these comments. from what i see, your data seems to be in order now. maybe you had your profile to private? steamtracks doesn't read your match history, but your profile mustn't be private to read your mmr

I apologise in advance if this is wrong place to ask. But for at least a few months now, I haven't been able to get any results. All it says is "Profile data missing. Until the player updates his data again, this profile is considered disabled/archived."
I have the steam tracks bot added, and it can send me a quote, but that's about it.
I have ticked "Expose public match data", and my dotabuff is working and up to date with no issues.
Please direct me to the appropriate place or help me to resolve this issue.
Up until now I've had to manually save dotabuff pages and write a c program to get my results; very annoying and prone to errors, I'd much rather use your service.

search function will come with the big next update.
friend tracking will be something i can look into and i have put it on the feature requests. but it will require probably something like a public friendlist on your profile, so it will be optional for others. it is not on high priority though since other updates in combination with the data i already have are more important currently.

thanks for the intel energy. there will be a server maintenance tomorrow including the permission change. the whole database will get resynced in the process, so your stats will be picked up tomorrow in the evening (or when your mmr changes it should get picked up in the morning). i noted your case down and will take a look into it tormorrow during the maintenance. sorry for the inconveniences and thanks for your patience!

the number was just an example, once dota2toplist has the additional information, i will decide what number makes the most sense, it could be even as low as 100. we will see as soon as i get the data, don't worry :)

to make this possible and to add additional functionality, dota2toplist will get more permissions from steamtracks. in order to make this with every users consent, i will put annnouncement online later and give a few days so everyone has enough time to decide if he wants to continue using the app or not.

let me know what you think about these changes. bear in mind that i will probably need 2-3 weeks for these changes to implement since i'm kinda occupied with an upcoming exam

hi aesthetic, your stats have been picked up, but you have set your profile privacy to on, in order to get your dota 2 information, you will have to put that to "off". if you changed it, it should get picked up in 24 hours. i am still keeping an eye on the case where some users get late or no profile information updated

I just joined and it picked up my MMR immediately. Hopefully in the future it can compare everyone's rise and fall amounts and give us an idea of how we are doing. For example, when I win or lose I gain or lose 23-25 points. When I win and gain 23 points perhaps I was expected to win that game. While if I win and gain 25 points it may mean I won against the odds.

i have my bot, and he authorized me to steamtracks (it says im joined Status: joined) for dota2toplist, but 2 days past and i still not in list :<

the verification code is sent from the bot to you (as it is written in the join process)
the first rating sometimes takes 24-48hours to get retrieved since there is currently a very big influx in new players.
once you have the bot on your friendlist and authorized steamtracks for dota2toplist it will automatically pick up on your stats. please open an issue at github if it doesnt get your stats after 48 hours

@Zentry: this is because you only have one data point on the graph yet, once you have the next data point collected it looks different :)

So, on the statistics page, my statistics graph has a range of time from 1990-2060. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but if it is, then I think that the graph would be much easier to read if it went from the date you joined dotatoplist to the current day. The ability to change the range of the graph would be useful as well a couple months or years down the line.
