Playing to win, but playing for fun

This is a group for friendly people that likes to play Dota 2 for fun and uses a microphone. To join you must:
-Be friendly. You don't need to be a hippie, just don't be a ♥♥♥♥.
-Play for fun: though we always like and try to win, this is just a game, not a job or training, so don't get mad because you lose or because a teammate makes a mistake.
-Give constructive criticism. For instance, if a teammate starts pushing the lane, the right thing to say would be "hey dude, stop auto-attacking, you're gonna push the wave and we'll end up fighting under their tower. And that would be awful. Just try to last hit.", instead of "OMG <hero name> NOOB REPORT".
-Be able to speak english, at least enough to communicate. We don't expect you to be Shakespeare. Because that would mean you're a zombie. And that would be kind of spooky. Heavy accents are welcome.
-Use a mic. Its ok if once in a while you can't use it, but that should be just an exception, and if that happens, make sure to ask the party if it is ok before joining a game.

Not following these rules will get you kicked out of the group, so stay cool.
Skill level doesn't matter, noobs and veterans are welcome.

Make sure to invite friendly mic-wielding people you meet in matches to this group, and feel free to use group events to gather people for a match.
