I recently tried installing the game and it installed and shows up on my list of games but does not launch.. when I click play.

I can host a server I have the alpha 2 package. Just need to figure out how to start up the dedicated server. On my server with a 1Gb connection. I already have a tf2 and l4d2 server on it so I don't think it could be that difficult to get one running.
