Server is closing

For a long time this was the only duel server left. Since there isnt much activity in this game, one server was enough. As of now, there will be "Mystic's" server return, and two servers are not needed. This one is closing in one month without any plans to reopen, but a possibility. And as always, players shouldnt feel any difference.

Was a nice trip which lasted 1 year, but its time to pack our shit guys. Thanks to everyone that contributed, and for all the work invested.

Admin removal

This server has lots of admins, but half of them wont even show up. This doesnt benefit anyone, only creates more issues, like tracking who did what. Some of admins were removed, since they dont even play anymore, or do so very rarely. From now on, only active admins will be welcome, which will sort some things out, and help this group to be more organised.
And, just to clarify, this change is by no means directed personally.

Assistant Admin

So, you all know this guy named Willie, hes a new Head Admin for this server, he will help me out with addressing issues, and play the same role as i do now.
From this moment, to all admins, his word is as important as mine is. Promoting people to admins, or removing them is in his will, so take it seriously.
Tho no worries, hes quite chill, just dont piss him off.
Another thing, since we dont have many "active" admins, expect more new admins coming in soon.

New host

Server is no longer in Germany. Now it is located in Amsterdam.
Recently, there were stability issues, and attemts to fix it failed. I grew tired of it and decided to change the server host. So, right now the new server is up and running, using all the same settings, under the same name. It should feel like nothing changed. Only one thing right now in question is ping difference, so its up to you people to decide if its still satisfying.
Keep me updated if you see any issues going on. Lets hope this one duesnt get fucked up.

Banning

- Dont forget to specify a reason for banning people.
- Dont ban for more than 100,000.
- If you really feel like giving a long ban, do it no more than 500,000
- Kick 2 times first (with reason), then ban ~1k, if presisted, ban again for ~5-10k.
- Dont ban straight away for a longer time, unless previous bans didnt help.
- Dont perma ban for no serious reason.

I check the ban list from time to time, and its filling up lately, so specifying a reason not only helps a banned person to understand, but it helps me aswell.
