ah, but the reason behind this is because we're awarding participation in the group... a good player doesn't just mean someone who always wins. A good player also has other values like fairness, teamwork, effort, etc.

I'm sensing some bias here on how one exactly "earns" a POTW award... =) I mean how can I possibly beat out a fantastic player like cooki3chip? Maybe I should be afk more during games and have my game crash.... Then and only then will I get the oh so coveted POTW!!!! LOL ;)
