Hi there, as you guy's are much aware we have'nt been doing too well of recent.
Due to operation's being too large for the amount of people showing up, and also there has been poor moral here for a while.

In response to these issues we held a meeting with our most regular players and we have decided the following:


We are now known as a Mil-Sim unit rather than a Semi-Mil-Sim due to the fact some people believed we were more casual than Rad and I had in mind.


Due to the lack of turnout and also as seven man squads did'nt work out well cooperatively we have decided to break these down into small four man fire teams. This will be highly benefical as people will build a much more personal relationship with those in their teams. Learn to work together much more efficiently and a team leader does not have to manage 6 people at once only 3.
Team Leaders are now responsible for the training of their teams, the tactics the team employs and even the name of the team.

As we did not feel our ranks were realistic enough and since we are spec ops, the ranks have been changed to meet this. Sergeant is now our base rank and Captain is our highest

Operations from now on will be scaled down to small pre-made missions and also small zeus operations, to accomodate the fewer numbers and should make for a much better cooperative enviroment in the long run.

Airforce:
Removing Jets as right now it is unescessary.

Pilots are always last priority when it comes to recruitment
( We need more infantry than pilots)


We cannot afford to allow any weapons to be taken, Rad and I will devise a list of weapons that each class can take. You still get options but it will be from a select list. This change is due to the fact that people were changing gear at the start of operations wasting everyones time. This will hopefully cut down the issue.

All members that aren't completely new are expected to have pre-made loadouts


If you are not on time for briefing we will start without you, the reason being it holds everyone who is ready back for ages pointlessly and this is just irritating. There will be a set time for the briefing as well as a set time at which the helicopters (or other transport) take off. If you are not in a helicopter on time you will either wait for it to come back or get there on a quadbike.

These are all the changes being implemented and if you have more suggestions feel free to tell us. Hopefully we can haul the unit back from the halls of hades.

Recently with all the things we have going on,we've decided to take a small break from the current campaign and do a Snow operation. To do so we have picked a map and a mod to go with it. These mods are temporary and not a part of the permanent mod list, you can get them here:

After this operation we might have to cancel our campaign in Australia. The reason for this is technical issues with the mod itself as it was removed from the steam workshop.


We've always had our ups and downs as anything in life but recently we've been having some real downs. Obviously,this isnt caused by just one thing but multiple combined. One of the main reasons and most important ones is the low turnout of players. Our infantry mostly suffered from it hence we couldnt do operations as planed. To try and fix this issue we will try to focus our strenght onto recruiting new people and so should everyone who wants to see this unit prosper and grow. In the meantime we might re-arrange some roles in order to balance squads. If this does happen it will be temporary untill new recruits come to fill them.
