From what I've read on the csgobetting subreddit, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'s bots are also not up and that the 17th was the soonest the cool down could have expired. Which means that this isn't house's fault and that the cool down is still active. It saddens me that an admin couldn't have said something about this and that they left their members in the dark yet again.

In my opinion, the extra measures the site is going to have and take longer will be much better than simply slapping the site back up together and getting hacked yet again due to slopiness, plus all the trade logs and account details. Everything might not be recoverable, but what can be recovered will hopefully be salvaged

Again like I said before action will be taken, and your ''minor'' incident will be taken to the authorities. Not giving to us users, the oportunity to cash out, withdraw any prize we are entitled it's fraud/ crime.

What we all want it's a refund/ cash out of our credits at the time your site was hacked.

why you guys deleted my comments? Did I offended you? In any situation I had been rude or not been polite with anyone.
This only proves that you guys are not been serious since the ''pretense'' hack to your good website. For me it shows you have no interest at all to refund the users or clients of your site, but instead you keep giving excuses and no real reasons for your delays, while the owners and developers and maybe mods, are keeping the skins between them, maybe trying to people forget this ''minor'' incident.
Other sites had been hacked, their bots had been hacked as well and, never took them 20 days to have their sites up and running.

Yeah, but in the email, he told me that the web server was hacked and subsequently the bot was hacked as well. I'm aware that the two things are not directly related, but gonna give him the benefit of the doubt. It's not the 9th yet here for me anyway.

We'll see what happens. If the site never comes back up or your credits don't show up if/when the site is up, then you should take action.

Got refunded $1400 in full (if not, even more). I sincerely apologize for all I've said and done. My offer went unavailable the first time I got it, but Semger promptly sent it again. Everything is taking a long time to do, but rest assured, the team isn't involved in sketchy business. The site will likely be up around December 9th or a bit later, depending on the circumstances, and this is beyond the staff's control. They're a bit lacking in the PR department, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Contact support if you wish to cash out similarly. It may take a while to get a response because of conflicting timezones, and don't forget that there are other users waiting as well.

Once again, I would like to thank Semger & CSGO-House for the refund.
