For anyone starting new in Dayz. I strongly recommend having a map handy a good one here http://dayzdb.com/map/chernarusplus#3.070.075 also if you are gonna play with friends some form of voice comms is pretty essential. Its pretty hard to meet up with ppl without these two items.
