Pre-ordered or pre-purchased? Pre-purchase means buying from their website and you can start on 25th. Pre-order is ordering from physical retail store (paying a deposit) and those people start on 27th

Also get in touch with me when you're not busy with civilization so we can talk about setting up a forum/website for GW2 guild. Seems like only 3 people post here
