whenever i try to lanch ad hock mode it just comes up with a eroer message saying "unable to create ad hoc network" or something like tht can someone help me?

1. Download a small (1.5Mb) patch from here

2. Extract/overwrite the files from archive to the Cossacks directory, typically it is:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\cossacks back to war\bin\
or for x64
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\cossacks back to war\bin\

What's new in this beta:
* downgraded to 1.35 with several bugfixes from 1.36
* removed Windows version check at startup (XP SP3 or later)
* added vertical and horizontal mouse wheel support to move the map
* relaxed "Game Speed" scroller sensitivity

Hey 07mclean, could you upload two files from Cossacks? dmrc.exe and patch01.gs I need this file, bcs I have other Cossacks version-1.35 (I bought in shop, no in Steam) and when I replace old dmrc and patch then I can play with other Steam ppl. :)

i had this game as a kid and lost it or something but i loved it so much when it came on steam i was so happy i got it straight away :)
