For everyone not having it appear, you're probably launching Dying Light regularly and then looking under custom maps in there. That's not where it is, because the developers set up the game oddly. When you launch Dying Light from Steam you should get a dialogue box that asks if you would like to "Play Dying Light" or "Play Dying Light custom game." Choose the second option and anything you get from the Workshop will be in there

Hi! Good day and thanks for accept me.

As an answer for the last 3 people this is what they said: "It's a community made map which means it will be free to play on steam workshop as soon as it releases (31.08.2020)" So you don't need a dlc, you just need to subscribe to it on the steam workshop. Its also free and will be released on that date.
