Since Lachmayne is AWOL, I have made the descision to appoint ReeferKeefer as interim Leader. This descision was made because of his commitment and good judgement in recruiting some of our most valued members. Congrats!!

As you guys know, it's hard getting people together to play a single game. Our brotherhood is filled with some diverse gamers and while it may not be bad thing it still breaks us from truely coming together and enjoying a game with friends.

I will be putting forth a reward system that will boost morale and make this brotherhood booming like it has "sort of" in the past. The more people you recruit the more points you will recieve towards a game. I (-CuRRy) will keep track of how many members have been recruited and the points of each person.

This is how it will work:

-For every recruit you recieve 1 point.

-Once you have recruited 5 members you gain 5 additional points. So 10 in total. (you will also recieve admin in our CS:S server).

-At the end of every quarter (4 quarters in a year slurmz). The person with the most recruits not only get a game but will have a special designiton in TeamSpeak.

1-3 pts = 1 game upto $5 dollars
5-9 points = 1 game upto $25
10+ points = 1 game $50

Note:
- Points EXPIRE at the end of each quarter.
- If a game is slighty over a given amount than you must discuss it with me.


IMPORTANT:

- Recruits must meet the criteria below.
- 18+ (exceptions can be made based upon maturity level)
- Teamspeak, as well as a microphone.
- We do not accept the socially handicap. (don't want any creepers like slurmz or nickpyro). lolollollolollololooololol you know im just joking...sort of
- Be able to take jokes as well as dish them out.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: For your "recruit" to count, they must be an active member in the brotherhood. An "Active Member" will be determined by me. These recruits must also apply on the forums: http://forum.core-revolution.com.s115206.gridserver.com/

TIPS on recruiting:

- Utilize the tools availible to you. (teamspeak, css server, 10mans, etc...)
