Can't you just go on the "unranked" server tab . Then go to the server searching thingy and change it to mods only.

no, you cannot get 15th/challenges on black ops as its not possible

The reason that there are no rank hacks / lobbys for Call of Duty Black Ops, is because (unlike other COD's) your players stats are kept on a server. Not on your computer (which is why there are rank hacks / servers or previous COD's).

I hope that this resolves all of the questions on why there are no rank hacks / servers for Call of Duty Black Ops.
