I see you have Saints Row 4 on your list, but what about Saints Row 3? Or Gat outta Hell, who is very Co-op friendly lorewise (Can't say any of the saints row games are 100% made for Co-op, a lot of bugs and problems can occur during the gameplay that screws things up, in the 4th game you can only sometimes reach the last boss in co-op).
Or what about Terraria? The game is very Co-op friendly, the problems lies more in actually being able to join a friends game without 3rd party software. However that problem may be solved next week as of the 1.3 Update which makes joining through steam available.
