Sorry for the necro post, but ROMEDA (formerly primus) and I (formerly karas) are working on an idea for a game that is basically CC/SMOD Tactical. Right now we are working in gmod for the prototype, but if things go well the plan is to move to Source SDK 2 when it is finally released.

I am heading up programming with ROMEDA working on maps. If after all these years any of you are interested in something like this get in contact.

what happened to development

YARR! all crew report for duty and man your battle stations! Close Contact is coming out of hiatus and is (officially) resuming development. I hope you all enjoyed your time off :)
