I would like to thank you again for your patience, Robert. This is extremely not acceptable and we've already taken all the necessary steps to reopen INC003482 in order to deal with the buggy chat once and for all.

Chat bugged, happens ever week or so, just kind of doesn't reconnect everyone, but has everyone in the room just talking to themselves.

Can we chase ticket REQ003482? Please someone do the needful - Robert, we're dealing with this on a 24/7 basis. I'll contact the team personally and try to expedite the resolution. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
