well.. I believe "the vote is useless" that means the requirement of voteban is too high...
since some ppl don't vote...
no matter how many ppl votes for yes
these people who don't vote cause the problem "the vote is useless"

hmm , for example...
=there are 30 players on the server=
6 ppl votes for no
16 ppl votes for yes
but these ppl who don't vote are counted as "No" . . .
Plus , the requirement of voteban maybe about 26 yes or less if 30 players
which means the system will just say vote fails (Because 16 / 26)

first thing we need to know is... we still don't know that are they able to vote? or they can't see it?

basically... it is really extremely difficult to make the vote pass , , ,

XD well ,basically im just trying to say . . .the failure rate is too high for voteban
