There's been a lot of confusion with everything thats going on. I'm setting it straight for the record. The original starters are still starting, starting tonight we're going over d2. We will spend 30 minutes going over strats again and spots where everyone is going to play. After that we'll scrim and practice the spots assigned. If any issues arise we'll go over it and discuss it as a team. Anyone who isn't on at 7 will wait until the people who are on are done practicing. There will not be anymore replacing ringers for starters because someone got on late, if you're on late you won't play. PERIOD. I'm tired of being on at 7 and only 3 being there. The people are dedicated will no longer suffer due to others being late.

Starters will start in scrims/matches, I have no problem switching in and out with Flex when he is able to be on. I expect everyone else to be willing to switch out with him everyonce in awhile as well. As long as Flex is able to get with me, or anyone else on the team, and go over strats/positions that happened in practice I have no problem with him doing this. If Flex will be taking your spot in a match, let me or Armour know so that it is understood who will be starting. If you're not playing the match I expect you to watch it. This will help with letting the people playing understand what needs to be fixed and what was done well. If you can't let me know, after every match we will discuss pros/negatives of each person and what could be done to fix the issues.

For the record Sadfase is cut, he hasn't been on and hasn't notified anyone of whats going on. He's on one day giving strats and then disappears, if this happens with anyone else...You will be replaced. No questions asked, if you can't be on let me or armour know and we'll make sure that a replacement is there.
Practice times are as follows :

Monday-Thursday 7-9 central
Friday will be discussed tonight when the team is on
Saturday/Sunday if you're on ...awesome, if not oh well...not a big deal

When ESEA and Cevo seasons are close to starting we will be practicing an hour more, before or after the times given. This will be discussed at the meeting and be decided upon. If we do well, during our matches I have no problem going back to the original times. It all depends on how well we work as a team, raging, no shows, etc.


Match times:
Any match that we have, you will be on 45 minutes prior. No excuses. If you're not there you're not playing...simple as that. If there is an issue with this please let me know. However, this is unlikely to change due to the lack of commitment I've seen from the team. If a good reason can be provided as of why you can't make it on time, but can still make the match.....I can make concessions. If it happens every match then you won't be starting and you won't be a backup. You will be cut....no discussion after the decision has been made.
Matches will be announced by armour the day before/or sooner. Since he handles the scheduling I'm sure there won't be any issues. However, if you're on and see that there is a match in cevo/esea/rga that isn't on here....post/comment it under the match section

Cevo tourney:
Money is due. Everyone will pay tonight, if you're unable to pay let me and armour know and we'll see if something can be done. Otherwise screw off and we'll replace you

I am tired of being on M-F 7-10pm and waiting till 8 or 9 to scrim once with this team.
If you cant handle the schedule then you are not ready to be on this team.
If you want a starter position be on! if you want to remain a part of this team be on!


On Friday of this coming week we will have cuts. Everyone who wants to remain on the roster post to this announcement your feelings, thoights, and or concerns.
