when will celmod be back? plz immortal rp created a celmod server but its nothing like the real celmod

Im here to say how i got banned. So it started with this. I joked that i crashed the Server but then there typed an |CM| He writed that He crashed the server. So some ppl writed word ''Nice'' But then.... ppl who said word ''Nice'' got banned but i was only one who got Perm banned But i dont understand why did even some players got banned for saying word ''Nice?'' Aswell i like that Server so i want my Unban please.
