UPDATE ON BLACK FOREST: Conclusive evidence proves that black forest, in its entireity (not just the roads and buildings) is infested with the dead. Further investigation is needed for other areas to determine if this is a localized or global phenomenon. See the Dayz Forums for further details and a list of suggested sites for investigation.

Interesting, what seems to be happening is an increase in zombie activity in forrests, farmlands and areas where infected were assumed to be absent. This is something the CCSD will investigate. In other words, Rocket fullfills his promises to make the servers more active.

The perpetrator of the ENS broadcast has revealed himself! Read the latest posts in the CCSD thread on the official dayz website for details. That said, we still know nothing about C1, or his or her intentions. Continue to investigate, and exercise caution.

Everytime you get a transmission immediately get the player list in the video or screenshot it so we can see if theres players linked in all of them. The SSTV image was a map of this area:

Why a player is going to this extent who knows. It ain't a dev, I will tell you that.

Anyone going to the location at the designated time should exercise extreme caution. The likely hood of a trap is very high.

The broadcaster responsible seems to be a player by the name "C1", and has just made a NEW broadcast changing the time to 1900 CST.
