Upon receiving an announcement crate, you can then unlock it with an announcement key for $2.49 from the Steam Store. If you're lucky, you'll get an Unusual announcement, which will allow use of special characters such as exclamation points, question marks, or other fun punctation marks! [That one is just an example of how one would look in an Unusual announcement. Final results may vary.]

I've only crashed the other server once! Ever since that one time, whenever the server crapped itself out, I got the blame

Something about a proven track record of crashing servers makes me hesitant to do that again. I dunno why.
