I just downloaded some mappack with 200 maps I have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue if they suck or not.

There's some holdforward map, green pearl, I think? It basically forces bans on the server by skippng a checkpoint. Kog667 and Liquid are probably banned as well.
