Post a comment summarizing what you are going to do before uploading or removing anything from the test server. Be sure to include date and time. You can also post how long you plan on using the server if you need to continually restart the server. If someone is using the server, be patient and wait your turn or ask if you can use it at the same time they do without interfering.
