You will run out of ammo when time is almost out so it doesnt matter..but if you have scavenger pro youl get extra mags

i am confused how this works without one man army. i asume u take shield/shotgun and scavenger but what happens when you areo out of both out ammo there are no dead people to get ammo from?? and its snd so cant kill eachother and try again?? someone explain please
