I am sorry for the delayed reply but i do agree with everything you said because if we could play Gunman Chronicles the normal way like we used to instead of through steam and half-life i would bring back multiple {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles dedicated gaming servers in a heartbeat.

I also remember you being a friendly guy on Gunman Chronicles and that you felt my wrath like many other players did back in the day but i kid you not it was a pleasure i was noticed by many players on Gunman Chronicles when playing online.

I wish we could play Gunman Chronicles back in the day with the software and technology we have for pcs now in 2024 because that would have made some lovely videos for youtube and screenshots to share online.

There has been a few setbacks over the last couple of days which have prevented me from updating the {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles group and all the links above sooner.

The current {Bonz} Gunman Chornicles Bonzfiles link used to be powered by filefront but since i last used the website i was not aware that filefront had closed down and became gamefront.

The {Bonz} Gunman Chornicles Bonzfiles link above takes me to the gamefront website which is not what i expected but sadly the gamefront website will not accept my old username and password which i setup when the website was powered by filefront.

This means i will have join gamefront and register myself a new account which i will link to the {Bonz} Gunman Chornicles group which will then enable me to upload all the necessary files and Gunman Chronicles goodies for you and others to enjoy.

I appreciate your patience but in the meantime i can assure you that things are moving forward.

Right now the {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles servers are currently offline but they will be back up and running anytime within the next 48 hours but until such time i do believe there are other servers up and running if you want to play some Gunman Chronicles online with friends.

These servers are only visable through the steam servers and you must have Half-Life installed and Gunman Chornicles installed as a mod into Half-Life in order to play online.

i dont know if u already know but there is a steam group called "Petition: Bring Gunman Chronicles Back". id like to see u guys in there <3 they also offer a 32 slot dedicated gc server which is 24/7 online.

I have made some minor changes today to {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles and its servers over the last 72 hours so that is the only reason the servers would have been offline but now all servers are in good standing and up to date.

You have to expect a 1% down time out of fair 99% up time for a little server maintenance from time to time but as always {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles and its server are now back online.

Normally i will post an annoucement above if i need to do any maintenance otherwise you will find the servers are in good standing and up to date as they are 99% of the time but if you ever notice a problem then please feel free to let me know here.

I hope you enjoy the servers and thanks for your feedback and comments.

Personally it would have been quicker to do it the way i suggested below unless you wanted a brand new copy of gunman chronicles on cd to keep for yourself ?.

After won swop servers closed down in 2006 we moved automatically to steam hoping to keep the gunman chronicles community alive but with alot of players not knowing how to install and run gunman chronicles through steam you could say we lost 40% of its players.

Not only that when won swop servers finally closed down it took alot of players by suprise and even i was not prepared for it but over many months and years our geocities website has come and gone so since we have used {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles as a central location for all of our members and gunman chronicles fans.

If you still own gunman chronicles on cd or your cd key that came with the game then simply activate a product on steam by entering the cd key in to steam and this should unlock half life for you in your steam library then all you need to do is download gunman chronicles.

Yes well over the last 24 to 48 hours i have been pretty busy doing server maintenance but the time and work involved is well worth it if all current members of {Bonz} Gunman Chronicles and the gunman chronicles community enjoy the servers.

During this time i have asked current members and regular players from gunman chronicles to ask there friends or invite new and old players to join the group providing these players like playing gunman chronicles.

If your a current member and regular player of gunman chronicles then please ask your friends to join the group and download gunman chronicles from the bonzfiles link above.

I'm recommanding you to get metamod and amx mod x for your server.
After , you should also download the deagsmapmanager plugin so everyone from your server can rock the vote eg if they want another map or they don't like the current map and they are not admins , they can vote for another one or just for a random map , if they haven't already nominated one.
