Bizzy's Dugout is live!

Bizzy's Dugout is now live, basically a secondary server that is currently used to test things. Like an internal rebuild of bizzymod files. Nothing has changed with the modes but things should be a bit more stable and fast now.

Server is down cause Valve released another unneeded, sabotage update that broke all modded servers.
