Right click on the desktop and open AMD Radeon Settings. Go to Gaming and select Global Settings. Adjust settings like in this screenshot: https://csgopedia.com/uploads/blog/image010.png
Also make sure youre actually playing on 144hz and not 60hz. It might be set to 60hz at default.
Use -d3d9ex as a csgo launch command.
Adjust your windows for best perfomance if needed.

Do you use an autoexec with custom settings for csgo or the default cfg?
Performance can be improved so much with an autoexec and the right commands.

hey so i have tried everything from changing my settings on my nivida conrol panel to updating windows drivers and using -full -w 1440 -h 1080 as my start up but its just makes it 16:10 and 1440x900 res in game iv literally looked on redit for hours and have tried everything to get the 1440x1080 4:3 but i can never get the option to do it
