If you are logged in you should see a deposit address. Use that to send the btc amount :-)
With a 6000 sat fee, for a median transaction it would mean 26.5 sat/B, which is esimated to be confirmed anywhere near 15-240 minutes, in 3-19 blocks. This is not reasonable at all.

It was steam maintenance last night and looks like the bots went offline. You should have gotten the offers by now.
It doesn't send the trade offers, but does deduct the BTC from account anyway.
Based on what fact are you saying that?
