Hard to know @Windows XP, latest tweet from Kevin was on the week of Apr-18 saying some legal issues were solved and the site would be back online same week but unfortunately no news.

Best to do is to keep an eye out for reddit and Twitter as well as here in case of any news.

You have to use it on a computer, because you need Steam. UNLESS it works with the Steam app, but the last time I used it (which, granted, was a while ago), it didn't have any (or, at least, many) community functions built into it.
