You can't download the x10 plugin. Plus, minisentries aren't that OP considering everything is made OP and minisgs are not.

Try to fix "Major: x10 not active after map change" by putting in the command to load in your tf2items file either in cfg/server.cfg or cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg
