in DISCUSSIONS is a post where you can post your CURRENT RANK.
to make finding the proper player much easier.

1.) comment your current rank under the post in discussions
2.) group chat to search/look real-time (on the spot) for a player of your rank
3.) members use the DISCUSSIONS tab to post threads/topics of their choice.

player must have shown :
+Microphone
+communication skills
+accurate reports
+great teamwork (plays as a teammate!)
+listens to game leader
+supports teammates
+ minimal english for in-game Reports!

+played with recently (matched in matchmaking etc)
+you can vouch for him to not be an ass mid game
+is from Asia/Australia or can play on an asian server without ping over 100
+has skill that matches his rank (bad days are understandable!)
+is productive, positive mood/aura

********************** HOW TO JOIN *******************
(player request without invite)

+ request to join group
+ add a member or admin on steam (within reasonable rank bracket)
+ play a match with a member of the group
+ meet all PLAYER REQUIREMENTS
